Taking a healthy diet in our lives is very important not only in our physical image but it is much more important in our health and in the prolongation of our life.
When we lead a healthy lifestyle and we leave habits like the consumption of alcohol or tobacco we are giving a better quality of life and we would be avoiding many diseases such as heart, gastrointestinal and many more.

For example also in our way of eating I will give you some examples so that you are healthier at the time of eating


    1. lower the consumption of meat because the uric asses that these are not very beneficial for our health, you can replace it with grain with lentils or beans or if you want fish is good option



  2. do not consume many flours instead change them for cereals




 3. Do not consume sweets, these damage your teeth and increase glucose and sugar in your body



 4. Do not consume soft drinks or sugary 
drinks they make us sick
